Helping Sandy victims on Staten Island

MSNBC's Lawrence O'Donnell visits Staten Island a few days after Hurricane Sandy ravaged the coast to survey the damage and see how the people of Staten Island, along with others from outside groups, are getting along with the recovery.

MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell recently visited Staten Island, less than a week after super storm Sandy ravaged the New York City borough, to survey the damage done by the storm.
