We had a very special guest on the Very Last Word Thursday night, MSNBC’s Krystal Ball’s daughter, Ella. She was kind enough to talk about politics with us for a little while and about what her mom does for a living. Also, David Frum talks about the Right using socialism as a bogey man to scare their base. And Staten Island Assemblyman Michael Cusick discusses the ongoing recovery of Staten Island after Hurricane Sandy.
