President Obama re-elected in November to a second term of four-year term, embodies both a symbol and a driving force behind the profound transformations that shook the United States, said the prestigious magazine. “In 2012, he created and built a new majority and turned weaknesses into opportunities and sought, in the midst of great adversity, to unite the country,” says Time on its website. This is Obama’s second time on the cover with the iconic title.
