Top Talkers: Following the 85th Academy Awards, which were held on Sunday, February 24, 2013, the Morning Joe panel discusses the top awards, including Best Picture which went to Ben Affleck's "Argo," and Best Actor, which went to Daniel Day Lewis for "Lincoln."

First Lady Michelle Obama went Hollywood Sunday night, handing out the Academy Award for Best Picture to “Argo.”

Obama, who gave out the award via video feed from the White House, wore a silver Naeem Khan gown for the occasion. (The Iranian press, apparently considering the scooped-neck sleeveless dress immodest, altered the image to add sleeves and a higher neckline.)

The movie “Argo,” about the CIA plan to rescue American diplomats during the Iranian hostage crisis, also won Oscars for Best Adapted Screenplay and Best Editing.

Morning Joe hosts Mika Brezinski and Joe Scarborough went over the list of the awards show big winners Monday. Alas, show favorite Bradley Cooper did not take home the Oscar for his performance in “Silver Linings Playbook” but his co-star in the film, Jennifer Lawrence, won for Best Actress.
