President Obama's second-term agenda is in the hands of Congress. How much of what the president wants will Congress give him? Immigration? New gun safety laws? There's a narrow window to get things done, and it closes as the 2014 midterm cycle gets under way. Senator John McCain is questioning why members of his own party would filibuster gun legislation.

Senator Lindsey Graham showed optimism about the president's budget propoesal, and hinted that a grand bargain could still be reached.

Senator Graham also predicted a 'major war' if North Korea attacks South Korea.
