This weekend Mark Mazzetti from The New York Times reported on a secret deal between the U.S. and Pakistan in 2004 that resulted in the killing of tribal leader Nek Muhammad. The story comes amid a continued lack of transparency after the drones debate that attended C.I.A Director John Brennan's Senate confirmation hearing February 7.
