Two years of construction has been shrunk down to just two minutes thanks to a new time-lapse video.

The clip shows how the George W. Bush Presidential Library and Museum in Dallas was built over the past 29 months. The center will be dedicated on Thursday and this ultra-fast video of the construction will be part of the presentation ceremony.

The video is the brain-child of former first lady Laura Bush herself. She happened to see EarthCam's time-lapse clip which was created for the Flight 93 Memorial and thought this would be a great way to document the construction of her husband's library. Two EarthCam systems were set up at the construction site and captured everything from the groundbreaking in November 2010 to the finished product. In all, more than 156,000 images were captured in over 20,000 hours of video.

Hardball host Chris Matthews will be broadcasting from Dallas on Thursday for the dedication ceremony and opening of the George W. Bush Presidential Library.
