Lawmakers return to Capitol Hill to begin the legislative battle over immigration reform. Politico's Seung Min Kim looks at the major political players involved in the process.

The Senate is expected to pass the 'Marketplace Fairness Act', a bill allowing states to collect sales tax from purchases made over the internet. The legislation could face a stiffer test in the House of Representatives.
