Acting IRS Commissioner Danny Werfel and Attorney General Eric Holder are back on Capitol Hill Thursday morning for another round of questioning from lawmakers. Werfel will testify before Chairman Darrell Issa's Oversight & Government Reform Committee, while the Attorney General heads to the Democratic-controlled Senate.
