Out of the gate tonight Chris Hayes will be giving you breaking news on self-identified NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden. According to The Washington Post"Snowden was charged with espionage, theft and conversion of government property..." The Guardian's Glenn Greenwald will discuss the significance of this development.

As we eagerly await the remaining Supreme Court decisions of this term, allow us to introduce you to the man behind two of the most monumental cases: Edward Blum. He’s not a lawyer, but he has been pushing a conservative stance on racial equality through the courts for over twenty years. As soon as next week, Blum could see two of his biggest victories yet. Ari Berman, contributing writer at The Nation, and Barbara Arnwine, President and Executive Director of the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law, will join Chris Hayes to discuss the potential impact of the decisions on Blum’s cases on affirmative action and the Voting Rights Act.

Also: something amazing happened last night in Austin, Texas. Francis “Poppy” Northcutt, President of Texas State National Organization for Women, will join the table to discuss how a group of about 700 protesters were able to prevent a vote on two bills that would drastically limit Texas women’s access to abortion.

We’ll also have the latest on the racist comments that have landed Paula Deen in hot water. Nancy Giles of CBS News Sunday Morning, Jelani Cobb, Associate Professor of History and Director of the Institute of African American Studies at the University of Connecticut, and comedian and filmmaker Seaton Smith will join Chris Hayes to discuss the persistence of racism in America as well as the phenomenon of celebrity public apologies.
