A high speed train derailed and smashed into a wall Thursday morning in Spain killing at least 77 people and injuring 178 more.  We'll have a live update on what is being called one of Europe's worst rail disasters.

U.S Attorney General Eric Holder speaks Thursday morning at a civil rights conference hosted by the National Urban League. He's expected to address the prospect of bringing civil rights charges against George Zimmerman, and to talk about the Voting Rights Act. Time's Radhika Jones and Politico's Manu Raju will weigh in on on Holder's address.

On Wednesday the House narrowly voted to keep the NSA's phone surveillance program. The final vote was 217 to 205, with an unusual bipartisan alliance of  Republican libertarians and liberal Democrats coming together to try and end the program. Rep. Chris Van Hollen, D-Md., will join Jansing & Co. to discuss the NSA vote.

Former Congressman Anthony Weiner continues to press forward with his campaign for New York City Mayor amid continued calls for him to quit the race. We'll discuss where his campaign stands now and whether he'll ever be able to put the sexting scandal behind him.

During a speech at Knox College in Illinois on Wednesday, President Obama spent over an hour detailing his plan to boost the middle class. Our strategists will discuss how his speech affected Americans' faith in his handling of the economy.

The royal baby has a name! It's  George Alexander Louis, but to us he'll be known as His Royal Highness Prince George of Cambridge. msnbc's Chris Jansing is live in London and will have the latest on young Prince George.

And the CIA's museum, located at its headquarters, is full of artifacts from operations carried out throughout its history, but the public will never be allowed in. However NBC's Richard Engel was able to get inside and he'll fill us in on what we're missing.
