No Hooters for you, San Diego Mayor Bob Filner. The embattled Democrat is locked out of his own office and now his local Hooters. Four Hooters establishments in the San Diego area are taking a stand against Filner with a little help from conservative talk show host, Glenn Beck. Beck created and touted the sign during his talk show Monday night, encouraging San Diegans to post it in their businesses. "Put it in your windows. Take a stand. Take a stand for being a better person," Beck said.HootWinc Marketing Director Melissa Fry told Slate that the sign was "not a political move for us...just taking a stand on the fair treatment of women."Hooters later took to Twitter to announce their support of the San Diego chains decision:

Our Hooters Girls in San Diego have spoken. Not a corporate gig, but we support our girls. #StepIntoAwesome— Hooters (@Hooters) August 13, 2013

Filner is facing multiple allegations of sexual harassment, as well as calls from both sides of the political aisle for him to resign. In response, Filner agreed to two weeks in intensive therapy (which he left after one week). Opponents are now leading recall efforts to formally oust the mayor being that he refuses to leave. He issued his formal response to the recall efforts in a letter on Tuesday, saying "now is not the time to go backwards." In fact, the letter conveniently leaves out any mention of the many allegations currently faced by Filner. The embattled mayor is preaching forward progress, but when even the "delightfully tacky yet unrefined" ladies of Hooters have turned on you it may be time to start thinking about an exit plan.Watch more from Hardball's "Sideshow":
