Colorado Governor John Hickenlooper signed some of the nation's toughest gun legislation into law on Wednesday. The state witnessed two of the deadliest mass shootings in the nation's history, including the July movie theater massacre in Aurora, Colo., and the Columbine school shooting more than a decade ago.
